We continue to base our product on Paul Heathcote’s philosophies
on food; local fresh ingredients cooked in a modern British style.
Our menus, totally flexible, are designed around you, your guests
and your event, with Heathcotes experienced chefs on hand to offer
advice and guidance throughout the planning of each dish. Our food
is prepared and transported in accordance with current Food Hygiene
Regulations.
